Update for ATi MB&AP GPU apps.

This one should fix issues with building binary cache under latest drivers and produce valid results under Cat 12.10 too.
Please, update if you experience difficulties with prev releases.

Known issues: driver restarts with Cat 13.1 on some tasks processed by some GPUs. Not all GPUs are affected but 13.1 provides degraded performance on most GPUs so it's not recommended to use 13.1 at all.

EDIT: AP build refreshed too.
